the male security guard at the celtic connections festival club 20/01/2024 was being physically aggressive towards another male on the night by pushing him and laughing at the male like a child. He was also being passive aggressive towards a lot of people on the night acting childish towards people instead of professional. The same security guard said that they were going to sell tickets at 10:30pm the said after they not selling till 12:30am then went to not selling anything on the door where about 40 people relied on his word.

We used these guys for security at a football match. The team were great, took direction well and managed a crowd of over 800 people with few issues. Highly recommended and we will use again.
