Property Restoration Services

Happy with the work. On 16th Feb 26 heard water dripping in bedroom. Two floors above faulty shower job in bathroom of flat above (Rettie rented - took responsibility). Ceiling fall in flat bathroom one floor above (rented). I managed to limit water damage by catching water in plastic storage boxes, bailing out through window (ground floor flat) and drilling water escape hole in ceiling. Water stopped after 30 minutes. Took several weeks to clean up and contact / arrange Property Restoration Service Ltd. They came at the end of May, Monday to Friday. Ceiling repair was quick, one & half days but damage fortunately limited. Painting job took longer than expected, but thorough, colors Purple Punch (ceiling), Sonora Rose (walls) plus white. Only casualty was the bracket for the window blind. Not much dust escaped into hall way. Job done by Friday afternoon. Lucky with weather as the plaster dried quickly allowing painting (two coats).

I most highly recommend Property Restoration Services. Our house was flooded from an upstair’s neighbour’s burst water tank. The walls were taken back to bare bricks and ceilings taken down. PRS restored everything to the way it was before (and even better). Leaving the house beautifully painted and pristine. One of the best things about this company is their level of communication. All our questions were answered instantly. They did exactly what they said they would immediately and communicated back to us as well. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Highly recommended! Paul and the team were great! We had water damage in the bathroom, they came out, assessed the damage gave us a quote that they stuck too. They were very easy to contact and more than willing to accommodate when things came up. The thing that impressed the most was the finish - they had to lift flooring that wasn't designed to be taken up and if I hadn't seen the hole myself I'd think they didn't even lift it. We decided to change our plans from restoration to renovation and they were happy to help. Unfortunately, they had some aspects they were not confident carrying out, however, they told us straight and didn't try to do something they weren't experienced in. On top of that, they were very professional when we stopped the contract and gave us a very fair price for the work that was carried out. I hope you don't have to deal with water damage, but if you do, Property Restoration Services should be your first call!

I recently had the pleasure of Property Restoration Services carry out our bathroom renovation, I am extremely satisfied with their service. They promised the project would take 10 days, and they completed it exactly on time and no extra costs 😊. Paul the contracts manager was very helpful throughout the process and offered sound advice. The company's professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the work. The quality of the finished product was excellent. I highly recommend Property Restoration Services for any Property Renovation work—they truly deliver top-notch results

PRS did a great job repairing 2 shower rooms with significant water damage in our housing cooperative. They transformed the wrecked bathrooms into beautiful new spaces. From the start PRS provided very clear communication with us, replying promptly to any questions we had, and providing a very in depth and honest estimate detailing what work would be done and how much it would cost. They also estimated any additional costs that may be needed based on the condition of the shower itself, which was really helpful. The contractors that did the work were really kind and lovely to interact with. Alec in particular was really easygoing and nice to chat to. They got through the work efficiently and did a really nice job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get water damage repaired.
