I live in a building where Pro Sentry supply Concierge and Cleaners and have had a good experience with them overall. Whenever I’ve needed to get in touch, the team have been helpful and easy to deal with, and any issues I’ve raised have been sorted without too much hassle. The building is looked after well and it’s nice knowing there’s a team keeping on top of the day-to-day management, security and fire safety. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and professional.

I would not recommend this company. The service has been extremely unprofessional. At our building, Coode House, the waking watch staff are supposed to patrol the building for residents' safety. Instead, I have repeatedly seen staff sitting in the office watching movies, playing games, using their phones, and even sleeping instead of carrying out regular patrols. Residents are expected to pay thousands of pounds each year for this service, yet the standard provided is unacceptable. The company needs to properly supervise and manage its staff because the current situation is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Working with ProSentry has been an absolute delight. We have worked with Prosentry now for around 2 years. We used them for Waking Watch services. This was the 2nd company we had used for this service as the first ones did not work out at all, we had too many complaints from residents. With Prosentry they are always really helpful and sorted everything out for us. We have built up a really good relationship with the company over the last 2 years. As we no longer use the Waking Watch side of it, this finished in January of this year, I do still continue to use them for help as they do offer other services such as Concierge & cleaning cover, which I am currently using. They are a company I can trust, and we have the advantage of their staff knowing the site, which really helps when needing cover.
