Preseli Lettings Preseli Property

Managing vacant home care visits, maintenance, housekeeping, preparing the property for sale and the entire sales process could have been a real challenge, especially from the US - but Preseli made everything seemless. They supported every stage, from preparation through to sale, including monitoring the progression of sale timeline and solicitors progress for house with land sale, ensuring the process moved quickly and efficiently. Their communication, guidance and eager to help attitude made it feel effortless. I highly recommend using Joanne and her company with Charlotte in sales. They are an extremely professional and dedicated management and sales team. I feel very lucky to have had them.

Preseli have been instrumental in helping me deal with renting out a farm house and fields in a very complicated situation. Jo and Charlotte plus others along the way have been amazing in helping me navigate the whole process. I trusted them from the beginning to get it right and they did not disappoint, finding us the perfect tenants. They are very professional, offer lots of helpful advice and have kept me right regarding updating safety certificates and maintenance issues. One year later and our tenants want to stay, so credit to you Preseli! Thank you for all you do.

My first experience of a letting agency and I can’t praise Preseli Lettings enough. From our first meeting they were so helpful, supportive and professional. Jo talked me though all the legalities and found all the tradespeople I needed. Their sister company, Preseli Maintenance did an amazing job in making the house look incredible and Rob kept in touch all along the way so I knew exactly what was happening. They found me a tenant in no time at all and I wouldn’t have had the house ready in time without their help. Can’t recommend highly enough

When my family and I first arrived in the UK, we had great difficulty finding somewhere to rent. We tried several large, well-known national estate agents, but for various reasons none of them were able to help us successfully. At our wits' end, we eventually found Presli — they were not only warm and welcoming but also highly professional, and they were instrumental in helping us settle smoothly in Wales. We are truly grateful to them.

We love the personal touch from Preseli. They are extremely approachable, very friendly, demonstrate a genuine wish to help, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They're always smiling and a pleasure to chat with. Probably the best lettings agent we have gone through.
