Premier Security Ltd

Friendly and honest business. Jerri, Rob and Henry were a delight to deal with. They came out quickly and fixed our issue. By far the best experience we’ve ever had with a call out service. I’d recommend them to everyone.

Premier Security is a top class company. From the moment we phoned their office they are so professional, efficient and provided top quality service. Jerri in the office is delightful to speak to and very knowledgeable. Robert, the engineer, turn up on time and fixed our Texecom system rapidly and he is such jolly happy guy. I wish I could give them a 6 stars. Highly recommend.

The engineer located the problem immediately and was very quick to fix it. He was good humoured, helpful in all respects. His visit was necessary but also it was a pleasure to talk with him.

Simply the best. Great support. They are there when needed. Friendly, efficient and courteous. A great team. Look no further, you have found what you were looking for in an alarm company.

Rob & colleague just came round to fix our alarm. Had been let down by another firm who failed to show up 3 times! In total contrast, Premier arrived on time. Great communication & got the alarm working quickly. Will use their services again!
