Preen + Clean

P&C were good until they recently switched to an automated WhatsApp messaging system. After that, they became really unreliable. Didn’t turn up for 5 weeks, when I chased they said they’d definitely come that week but couldn’t give me a date. No sign of them, so chased again and got the same AI-generated reply of “definitely this week but can’t give you a date”. After the second no-show, we gave up and cancelled our contract with them.

Initial set up and pricing was easy and clear. Unfortunately the company didn’t come to the property on the day they confirmed. When I asked the next day what had happened I was told they couldn’t find the property. That may have been the case and happens sometimes but there was no message or call to tell me, something that could have been rectified in minutes on the day or explained the day after. Offered to come back at a later date but I haven’t taken that up. An initial good first impression but let down when it came to the service.

Had my windows cleaned for the 1st time on Friday 17th July by Joseph & he did an amazing job ...my windows were quite dirty as I've been recovering from ankle surgery & had just gone back to work ... im having my windows done once a month ...so a big thank you ...highly recommend ❤️

First class service by friendly, polite and very efficient cleaner at a very competitive cost giving value for money

Better than I was expecting. Very easy to book and organise, and the clean was to a very high standard. Would genuinely recommend.
