PMS cambridge ltd

Shout to Liam from PMS! Firstly, he had the respect to take his shoes off at the door (I hate it when people come into our home and walk around with their grubby shoes). Secondly, he explained what he thought the problem was to me and showed me how he was fixing it, leaving no ambiguity. He was super friendly, quick and completed the job. Thank you 😊

Patrick from PMS Cambridge was extremely helpful and attentive. In addition to resolving our original request to fix the bathroom heater cord, he also noticed that the smoke detector had expired and promptly arranged for a replacement during the same visit. His proactive, efficient, and professional service was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Honestly, all the workers are lovely and I would give them 5 stars for that. I always find them respectful and just good, friendly vibes, but being a tenant of a long term rental, the jobs are nearly always done so rushed and half-arsed (they are always on a tight schedule so if the job can’t be completed within the slot, you usually have to wait a while to get it completed). If you want a job done really well, this is probably not the company.

I have a rental property which had a leaky seal at the bath/laminate junction. Peter replaced the old laminate with acrylic panels as well as the old taps. His work was of a high standard and I am very happy with the outcome. He went the extra yards in terms of addressing other issues as the job progressed. Cost effective, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

My Letting agency suggested this company to fix a leak under the kitchen sink Jan ‘26. On the day of the visit I am told that apparently the leak was fixed. It’s April ‘26 and the leak persists. PMS want another call out charge to take another look! Poor customer service!
