Plymouth Block Management...RBMG

Having reported and discussed some repetitive and unnecessary issues with PBM in 2024 / 2025 I'm happy to report PBM took that criticisms onboard, and have now (2026) improved immensely. PBM now run a tight, efficient service for us. Well done to all at PBM, we really appreciate you listening to those collective concerns, addressing them, and ultimately improving our building. Many thanks. Jeremy Robins, Director, Rialto Court Ltd, Cornwall

Since taking over the management of Leeward House, the team at Plymouth Block Management have made a real difference. They are professional, responsive and very easy to work with, and have quickly built excellent relationships with our RTM Directors, leaseholders and residents. Independently and locally owned, with a team of local supplier built over many years, they’re proactive in dealing with issues and genuinely care about delivering a consistently high standard of service. Communication is always prompt and informative. It’s refreshing and a pleasure to work with a managing agent who prides itself on the services it delivers. In summary, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plymouth Block Management to any RTM Company looking for a first class property management agent.

Had a really great experience with Plymouth Block Management. They got back to me so quickly and sorted my issue with no stress at all. What I loved most is that you actually speak to real people who genuinely care, not just robots or automated replies. It made everything feel so much easier and more personal. Highly recommend!

SHOCKING service from PBM, See the attached pictures from one of the blocks they manage - Absolutely disgusting, I am paying good money to PBM and look at the condition of the entrance hall, stairs etc. For how much longer do we have to tolerate this blatant stealing of management fees??? Shame on you PBM

Excellent service from Plymouth Block Management. Professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Communication has been clear throughout, and they’ve made the management process straightforward. Highly recommended.
