Simon and Matt are highly recommended. They came early to come and look at my guttering and although there was ice in the gutter, cleaned out the moss and did some repairs that were needed. No leaks after some heavy rain and very happy with their work. Will use them again when needed.

I had a gutter leaking water at my home and needed someone reasonably prompt, I called Matt who runs Fresh Property Maintenance and he took my call on his mobile immediately despite working out in the rain. I explained my problem and he arranged to come round the following day which was great. Matt arrived promptly the following morning, assessed the problem and despite working in heavy rain, he resolved the issue effectively. Matt worked quickly, explained everything professionally and solved the problem and charged his call out fee as agreed of £70, nothing more. I was impressed with Matt for his work ethic, his politeness and his efficiency and will definitely use his service again, I have no issue recommending Fresh Property Maintenance to anyone who needs this service.
