Pink Frog Home Improvements

No option available below 1 star! Fully disappointed with the service from pink frog. Job was for decking and sleeper rail. Payment was made upfront and after several stories, John visited to do decking. Poor pice of work, where they didn’t use membranes underneath, which is very standard work when doing a decking job. After several chase ups for sleeper rail, John keep saying new stories each time and finally mentioned sleeper material not available in market and returned very less money and we spend more than what was returned in doing just the bedding job. Still chasing to get the decking fixed (fix membrane underneath)but John keeps saying new stories and still not fixed after chasing several times since June. Summer is almost over and waste of money spend with this firm. Stay away from these unprofessionals. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away.

Was looking to get some information about getting our bathroom re-tiled. Between first contact and getting a quote was a little over 24 hours. Really impressed with how efficiently it was all handled. John visited us to give a quote, he spoke through all the options we had available and was able to give the quote with a couple of variable factors to keep our options open. No pressure at all, really friendly and professional service!

Absolute pleasure dealing with John and Ian. Standard of work is second to none and kept in line with my own high expectations. Work for installing wet wall tiles, click vinyl flooring and towel rail radiator and I'm delighted I chose the guys at Pink Frog. Will definitely be using you again in the future!!! 😁

Such a scammers. We approached them by seeing few good reviews on their page. But totally got cheated and disappointed. So fed up chasing them for a work which was poorly done in our backyard. They aren’t responding to our calls or messages. We even recommended them for couple of our neighbours. Now they all feel sorry for us for the work done by them. They just use peoples innocence. I do not recommend pink frog for anybody. I’m Looking at least they would respond us seeing this review.

I contacted Pink Frog about a leaky bath and also ended up getting a quote for some garden renovations. Really prompt to come out and review the job and give a quote which was nicely broken down by detail. There was no pressure at all, really friendly and had lots of great ideas.
