Seriously good customer service here. Spoke to Elaine who is extremely knowledgeable. Was advised to leave the specific problem I have now to the professionals. That is something I didn't want to hear, but Elaine patiently explained why and saved me from spending money making the situation worse - I will definitely be using Pestfix and their massive range of products for the pest control issues that I can deal with myself.

Julie has been a delight to deal with. She manages our credit account effectively, and answers all our queries without any frustrating upsells. She also ensures we are considering the most commercially effective options when placing orders - Vital for the success of a small fmaily business!
