Patersons Pro Cleaning Edinburgh

Natalle and Daniel were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly and incredibly thorough, and it was obvious how much care, time and effort they put into the clean. Their attention to detail was spot on, and they worked tirelessly to make sure everything was finished to a really high standard. I was so pleased when I saw the house afterwards — it looked beautifully clean and fresh, and they had clearly taken real pride in their work. I would highly recommend Pattersons Pro Cleaning and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Amazing job. Had a small incident where a stone from my gas fire rolled out and onto my carpet. Burnt a hole right through the carpet. Natalle and Daniel to the rescue. They did an amazing job fixing the carpet that I couldn’t tell where the burn mark was after completion. Fantastic, Fantstaic job. The custom service from Natalle was amazing, I can highly recommend them. 5 stars definitely well deserved !!

The best end-of-tenancy cleaning service I have ever received! The team were absolutely amazing and brought such positive energy into the property. They genuinely care about their customers and take great pride in the quality of their work. Throughout the clean, they kept me updated with detailed progress reports and also shared many helpful tips and advice, which I really appreciated. They completed every service I had requested and even went above and beyond my expectations. I even received an almost four-minute video at the end of the service with a complete walkthrough of the flat, explaining in detail everything that had been cleaned. It was incredibly reassuring to see that every area of the property had been covered and to have such transparent confirmation of the work that had been carried out (screenshot attached). It was clear that they treated the property with the same care and attention they would give their own home. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail were outstanding. It was a genuine pleasure meeting them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

An absolutely first class experience from beginning to end. Natalle & Daniel went out of their way to make me feel valued. I felt like it was not just another job to them but a personal bespoke service. They are professional friendly & extremely efficient. My late sisters flat needed a deep clean before going on the market and they worked wonders from providing a very reasonable quote to completing an amazing end result. Very communicative throughout and they went above and beyond at a very challenging time for me. I would highly recommend and give 10 stars if I could!

A heartfelt thank you and huge appreciation to Natalie and Danielle. They did an excellent job today and I couldn’t be more pleased. The living room and kitchen of my home are sparkling clean and smell lovely. Natalie’s customer service was sensitive and professional…I so appreciate it and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again to you both
