D Tait Builders & Property Repairs

Derek and Mark have been a pleasure to deal with. Had a wall knocked out they made sure if wasn't load bearing, sorted out electrics and capped off gas. Really pleased with their work and room was left really tidy and rubble taken away. Was that happy with work used them 2nd time for patio doors supplied and fitted again really happy with their work. Great builders and very reasonable. Will continue to use them for anything else.

Mark and Lee have just completed a two day job for me, on time and at a fair price. They were reliable, professional, hard working and pleasant to be around. When they finished each day they left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future jobs that need doing.

Mark and his team saved the day.. After being let down repeatedly by several other firms, they turned up promptly, surveyed the job,, and reassured me the work could be completed without any problems. 2days later the work was done. (new dry ridge tiles). Kept me appraised throughout. Tidied up properly. Couldn't be happier. Cost was very reasonable. Woul strongly recommend this company.

Got a downstairs extension to the house for a second bathroom and cupboard and couldn’t be happier with the results. Mark and the guys were so accommodating and came up with some great ideas which we went with and are so happy with the results. Delivered on time and even added some extras which we added on spec. Planning on adding more to the house and will definitely be using D. Tait builders for all our on going work. Would recommend them to anyone who needs any work doing!!

Mark and his oppo did an excellent fencing job completed at short notice. Will be using them again for other jobs which are already being planned. Would certainly recommend them!
