Alarm worked fine for five years no problems with it and they were quick to react when it went off. However, it became defective and the service I received from the company when that happened wasn’t the best really. So, had it removed now.

Very impressive system. The owner is very helpful and informative and able to guide you through your options. I ended up buying a slightly more expensive system, but it meant I saved more by not having to fit other security measures. I've been told there is an App on its way, however the SMS communication system is very easy to understand and use. Would certainly recommend the Lockdown system but advise everyone to phone them first.

This alarm was fitted to our motorhome by the previous owner. Seemed okay at first but then had nothing but issues with it. Dealt with Carl Meyers several times and he’s not professional by any means. He’s condescending, arrogant, will not listen, constantly talks over you. On the last call with him he hung up and even though we are a paid customer for the next 9 months they are not providing us with any service now!! Personally avoid at all costs and get a proper alarm fitted by a company that knows what customer service is and treats their customers with respect and values their custom.

From ordering the alarm to fitting, excellent service. Carl was friendly and in the office always answer's the phone, available from 10am every day Mon- Fri and the fitter Andrew was a lovely friendly fun guy, great sense of humour, very efficient and professional he new what he was doing. Reccomend any time.

It's a known fact that this product is class leading, but I also have to commend the outstanding service. Just 10 days from order to fitting and completed at my house for zero extra charge combined with a quality, in depth handover. Well done and a big thank you to Carl and the team at OTT!
