Optimum Fire & Security Ltd

I would like to take this time to write a review on Optimum Fire & Security. Sam and his team installed and service our fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm at Holiday Inn Express where I work as a Maintenance Manager. All the engineers are fully qualified and knowledgeable in the field of fire, CCTV and security, not just the servicing of equipment but the compliance issues that must be adhered to in line with HSE Guidelines, ensuring we are fully compliant. This gives piece of mind on Audit Day knowing all the relevant tasks are serviced and correctly documented. We have Just passed a fire Risk assessment and a visit from the fire brigade where the outcome was 100% and the fire officer's words were, this is the best Audit he has carried out. This is a credit to Sam and his team at Optimum Fire & Security and I look forward to working with them in the future.

We have used Optimum to install fire alarm systems and CCTV on multiple sites across the UK over the past two years. Both their office and site staff are polite, knowledgeable and helpful and all work is completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend them.

Just had cctv and security alarm fitted to my home. From booking the work in to the engineers attending the whole process was smooth easy and very well organised. The attending engineers were a credit to the company dealing with all my requests courteously and professionally. I would 100% recommend this company.

Top class Fire and Security Installers. More importantly, great people. We are very proud to call Sam, Nick and the team a customer and friends 😊

Work have been carried out by this company and they left massive mess, pile of rubbish and lots of debris.
