MASS Security Solutions

Booked MASS Security ahead of my house move. From booking to completion, Steven was professional, polite and helpful. He even helped with a kitchen issue I had which totally unexpected but very much appreciated. The system is easy to use and I feel safe knowing I have a good reliable home security system in place. Thank you very much, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with the service. Steven was very good, he took his time explaining where he thought the best location for the cameras would be to have the best field of view. After the installation he made sure my i knew how to use the system and helped us download the app for our phones and tablets. Before he left he tidied up any mess and checked we were happy with everything.

I have both CCTV and an alarm system by Mass Security Solutions. I am extremely happy with the quality of goods, both within a reasonable price. I always say you get what you pay for. I have always experienced a professional and friendly service, and they have always gone the extra mile, with nothing ever been too much trouble. I am not particularly technical minded, and have needed support in learning and understanding both my systems, again this has been given in a professional and friendly manner using very clear and easy to understand communications. Thank you Mass Security Solutions. I have no hesitation in recommending your company, I know that they will be able to meet peoples needs.

Excellent service from Steve in advice and quotation, prompt in setting up and responsive in ensuring the system is working properly. Have had three cameras installed and am having three more as great quality and competitive prices. Very easy to use and gives great peace of mind.

Absolutely a brilliant team of Steve's. Steve made everything clear before we agreed to have the CCTV fitted. Casey one of Steve's staff, installed our CCTV such a professional and polite young man. When the installation was complete Casey went through everything with us and made it so easy to understand. Steve also had Casey install the system to Peter's step mum. Would recommend Steve and his team to all. Thank you so much for making it so easy for us. Passing it on to another name too. Regards Pete and Sue Pickering.
