Requested the replacement of a wooden board and new fascia. They quoted for the job and it was a lot less than other quotes as they said it could be done without scaffolding. They turned up hours earlier than they said they would, so no one was home to oversee the work or even give them permission to start the work. They didn't replace the wooden board, claiming it was sound, so they only did half a job, as far as I am concerned. The fascia board blew off in the wind, with its screws attached, as the wind had just ripped it from the rotten board underneath. A complete waste of time and money.
