Chester Homeshare

I've enjoyed my first couple of months at the house. Caroline is a very responsive landlord, who genuinely cares about the welfare of her tenants. The kitchen, bathroom are bedroom are all well equipped, and regular visits from our lovely cleaner Donna means everything stays clean and tidy :)

The housemates were really nice to me and helped me in a lot of things, the property was really good, fixtures and issues were on time. So if in the future i shifted to anyplace nearby chester or in chester, I would book through you or recommend you as a landlord to my mates as well!👍🏻✨ (Just stayed for a shorter time but enjoyed it)

I was a little sceptical at first when it came to house sharing, until I met Caroline at the viewing. She put me at ease with everything and answered any questions I had. The house itself is fantastic, very well equipped and maintained. The house is just off Shotton high street with convenient parking and only 10 minutes from Deeside industrial estate. Caroline emphasises that she tries to house like minded people together, which seems very apparent. I would 100% recommend Caroline, Lilith and the team to anybody looking to rent a room in the Chester/North Wales area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could not recommend Chester homeshare more! Caroline from Chesterhome share has been amazing through the whole process of looking for a shared house, through getting to know me as a person to find the perfect fit, and making sure the move was as smooth a possible. Highly recommended if looking for a young professional house in chester/north wales!

Caroline is my go-to person for anything related to property services. She combines deep knowledge and expertise with a genuinely caring and supportive approach. What I value most is that Caroline takes the time to listen and understand your situation before offering advice. Her guidance is always thoughtful, practical, and focused on what is in your best interests rather than simply providing a standard solution. She is approachable, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond to help people make informed decisions with confidence.
