ST Property Maintenance

Can highly recommend Sergey- dedicated and honest. He is our go to person when we need home improvements or when something breaks around the house. 100% satisfied with his work. Thanks Sergey!

I had an excellent experience with ST Property Maintenance. Sergey did a great job replacing my old garden gate. I had been looking for someone who could convert it into a sliding type, and it was very difficult to find anyone willing to take on the job. Sergey came over and explained how he was going to do it and what type of materials he would use. The workmanship was high quality, the service was professional, and everything was completed on time. I’m very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Sergey and ST Property Maintenance to anyone looking for reliable and skilled work.

We can highly recommend Sergey. He is very reliable and professional. He responded to an initial message very promptly ( unlike others). He requested a whats app video of our leaking shower and responded right away with a good reasonable price and solution. Sergey also offered a prompt date to fit the new shower and remove the old one. Sergey arrived on time, was polite and again professional and he got on with the job which was done within a good amount of time. Sergey did a great job and kept everything tidy. We were more than pleased. He really does go that extra mile and we will definitely use Sergey's services again.

Sergey put up a gate for us and did a great job for a good price. He is extremely helpful and came and looked at options and helped find the right gate. He is very communicative and reliable and we will definitely use him again for future jobs!

We can certainly agree with all the positive comments made in other reviews. In addition to this, Sergio saved us a lot of money by correctly identifying a fault in our leaking toilet cistern and making it good. We can very confidently recommend ST Property Maintenance.
