Octagon Facilities Management

Octagon provided an excellent security guard and dog handler for our construction project in Northamptonshire. Their service was highly professional and punctual, ensuring the site remained secure at all times. The guard was well-trained, proactive, and demonstrated a strong understanding of site security. We were very impressed with their reliability and effectiveness, and we would definitely use Octagon’s services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Kieran was such a support to us during a very stressful situation with a difficult guest we were hosting at one of our serviced accommodation properties. He was super knowledgeable and honest with ways he could or couldn't assist surrounding laws and legislation. His kind and understanding nature of the situation we were in was a real comfort. Would not hesitate in recommending these guys! Thanks Kieran!

Having switched from a competitor we’re now a long term client of Octagon Facilities Management with the only regret we have is that we didn’t do it sooner! Kieran and his team have shown tremendous support as well as security industry expertise. Octagon really do understand our business which means doing business together is easy and feels more like a partnership with excellent customer service and service delivery. We initially started with security mobile patrols and alarm response to fit our budget then as our business developed, we then moved to a manned security guarding solution where Wayne, Luke and Tom are real ambassadors for both our business and Octagon too. Our visitors have commented how welcoming they are and we know our property is safe and secure in their hands.

It is with much pleasure that I am writing to commend Octagon`s capability of providing outstanding security services. Last month , we called Octagon`s managing director ,Kieran to find out more info about security services . Not only did Kieran guide us with the utmost professionalism throughout, but he created a bespoke package based on our needs and provided prompt, responsive and friendly, in other words, an excellent experience dealing with his company. He went the extra mile time and again and assisted us in various property related matters regarding maintenance, risk assessments and providing useful local contacts which has been invaluable as whilst our property asset is in Leicester, we are based in London. We highly commend Octagon and its Director, Kieran Lake, because we consider that he is by far the most outstanding security provider we have contacted in Leicester so far. We regard his as very trustworthy, reliable, responsive, helpful and an as an integral and important part of our team.

I called Octagon Facilities Management on a Sunday for short term emergency security cover to my scrap yard in Leicester and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of them. The Managing Director visited within the hour to discuss my requirements in further detail and they had a dog handler on site for my required time later that day. First class service and Matt and his dog did an excellent job. I’d definitely recommend them and will be using them again!
