Our company has been in partnership with Nova Security Systems throughout this year, acting on their behalf to collect on overdue invoices. I've worked closely with Emma to ensure prompt collections happen and I can say that both her professionalism and communication has been impeccable! As a company we look forward to continuing to build on what is already a strong business relationship.

Called in an emergency as we had a powercut and our burglar alarm was going off and we didn't have the code to reset it. After spending 20mins phoning around trying other companies who were going to charge for a call out and additional fees, a gentleman from Nova advised me to simply enter a code and the whole system reset and switched off. Literally saved me £80 and myself and my neighbours a stressful night! Thank you so much!!
