I have been looking to have my carpet cleaned for some time but I wanted a company that was recommended by someone I could trust. Natalia was recommended and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Tomas turned up on time and was very professional. Carpet on my landing and stairs came up like new. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would be happy to recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Highly recommend. I have carpets that most carpet cleaners can’t and won’t touch because they’re expensive, dry clean only and require specialised cleaning and products. Tomas has cleaned these carpets twice. He also did a “faux” leather repair for me on my stairs runner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He is reliable, very professional and works very hard. The booking process is also super easy and efficient thanks to his partner.

This is the second time we have used this family business. They are very friendly and extremely professional. Great service from start to finish. We had a carpet, rug and 3 piece suite cleaned. Really pleased with the outcome. The suite looks like new, and a very grubby carpet in a teenager’s bedroom has been completely resurrected. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalia Carpet Sheriff, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lovely and professional team who were extremely responsive and realistic. I had a carpet burn where they quickly resolved my issue with outstanding results. Both flexible and realistic, they catered to both my needs and realistic expectations including other solutions and came out to repair within a few days. Now my burn is basically unnoticeable after less than a week which was great considering the state of my carpet which has seen better days
