Northwood Edinburgh

Great agency with professional and helpful staff. I was a tenant with Northwood for about 6 years until recently. The experience was smooth from the very beginning. Always very quick to reslove any issues with the property. Everything is documented in a very professional manner including regular boiler, liogenella and smoke detector tests. My property manager was Tom Andor. He has always been very helpful even with the moving out process. So a personal thankyou to him for making my experience great.

I had a really great experience with this letting agent. They were always responsible, responsive and proactive in communicating with both me and the landlord whenever anything needed to be sorted. They also carried out regular inspections and professionally documented the condition of the property, which made me feel very reassured as a tenant. Everything was handled clearly and professionally throughout my tenancy. Highly recommended!

Northwood have been extremely helpful and professional during my letting experience with them. Tom Andor has been my property manager for some time now and has been very attentive with any enquiries I’ve had. Can’t thank him and the team enough.

Fantastic experience with Jay at Northwood, would highly recommend her. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated and responding promptly to any questions. Buying a flat can be stressful, but Jay made everything feel smooth and straightforward by managing communication between myself and the seller so effectively. Thanks so much Jay, for all your hard work and support. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you, and I’m so grateful for everything you did to help make my flat purchase happen.

Lived at a Northwood managed property for 4 years. They were responsive and attentive to us. When my wife moved in to live with me they were very quick in processing all the paperwork we needed for her move. When our landlord decided to sell our flat, they offered us support in applying for new flats. If the landlord had not sold the flat we would have happily stayed there many more years.
