Newton Property Management Ltd.

Just wanted to leave a review with regard to, Paul McGonagle, our new Property Manager at our flats in Troon. He is by far the most engaged and proactive Manager we have had since moving in several years ago. Anything we have brought to his attention, he has responded to and dealt with promptly. It’s very clear that he feels a personal responsibility for the properties that he manages. It has been very refreshing not to have to send constant reminders to ask for updates or to get anything done. We are extremely impressed with Paul.

Newton Property Management are the new factors for flatted development in Ashgrove Road, Aberdeen and my experience of the company so far has been excellent. Particular credit should go to our current property manager Lana Andrejevs whose dedicated and highly efficient approach to proactively managing the development for the benefit of all owners has been outstanding. All property managers are not the same and Lana’s approach to this important job is really refreshing and her customer service and attention to detail are first class. Please keep up the excellent work - I really appreciate it - and based on my current experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Newton to those who need the services of a Property Management company.

I have had a great recent experience with Newton Property Management. I had an issue with an accessibility lift in my building which is essential for my daily access and egress. Euan, the property manager got it sorted for me within a working day which was as fast as possible and I was extremely grateful. Thank you Euan.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Leigh for the exceptional service she provided while helping me secure a new bike shed key. From start to finish, Leigh was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand the issue, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. What could have been a frustrating situation was made completely stress-free thanks to her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. It’s rare to come across someone who demonstrates such a high level of customer service and genuine care. Leigh is a real credit to the team, and her support was greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Leigh, for all your help.

Ryan who is based in the Greenock office has helped make major improvements to our property. His extremely friendly manner and polite attitude make him very easy to approach with any concerns with maintenance at my address. With having previously bad experiences with past factors, this is such a breath of fresh air to have someone who is genuinely willing to help people out. I cannot recommend enough!
