Our apartment building was in dire straits in terms of building maintenance and service charges, but - in collaboration with the residents' Board - MY Facilities Management absolutely turned it around when they took over from the previous management company. They were efficient and tenacious in the face of many challenges, with the biggest change coming in the form of regular and honest communication with residents, and a much improved responsiveness to issues compared to what went before. All things considered, they have been a total godsend for our block!

They exhibit great attention to detail and due diligence with regard to safety, services for the block and value for money contracts for services The cladding remedial work has been ongoing and complex but we have kept informed along the whole process.

I am thoroughly impressed by the way My Facilities Management handle the management of our building. They inherited an incredibly complicated situation that required an extensive amount of work to rectify and they have done so in a timely, efficient and cost effective way, while always keeping all the residents up to date. They have a focus on safety and communication is clear and honest which builds trust quickly. They have made an awesome difference since being in place and I’m very grateful!

All the reviews have been friends and family 🤣 worst management company I have ever come across. Saif Doesn’t even respond to emails, bad management, so many unresolved issues. Doesn't know how he’s the owner of this company. Absolutely diabolical. Stick to something you’re good at pal. Couldn’t leave zero stars.

My Facilities Management took over the management of our block a few years ago, and the changes we saw were excellent. Communication was fantastic, with residents receiving regular detailed updates on the building and associated projects; overdue projects including redecoration were prioritised; and there was much greater transparency over costs and service charges. The building manager was also regularly on-site to help or answer any questions. When we recently sold our property, MFM were extremely helpful and responsive to our solicitor, providing all the necessary certificates and other paperwork, often on the same day. We would definitely recommend them to other blocks considering a change of building management.
