Croydon Property Maintenance

Wonderful job done on my garden. Trees cut down, new fencing, ground laid, slabs put down and artificial grass installed. All rubbish removed. Every step was explained and quotes given which were stuck to. All the team were hard working, polite and tidy. It’s always a worry when you have a big job to do but this was all handled professionally. I would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch job done right. I will definitely be using them again for any other projects I have in the future.

Absolute grafters. Amazing work done for our front garden with our new fence. And also previously when cutting down our huge tree down from the back garden Very friendly and hard working and very polite. They did an amazing job and we're very tidy and cleared everything up when they finished. I would highly recommend using these guys

I recently used Croydon Property Maintenance for a job at my home in Banstead, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. They carried out a full gutter clearance, and the difference is immediately noticeable. What really stood out, though, was their professionalism and attention to detail — they spotted some loose guttering and repaired it on the spot at no extra cost, which was a very pleasant surprise. The team were punctual, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile without being asked, and this level of service is something I truly appreciate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Croydon Property Maintenance to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality work.

I needed some repointing & block paving work done & I came across a Croydon Property Maintenance add in my local area magazine. To be honest I was sceptical about all the claims on the add , but decided to give them a go. I phoned the mob.no. Terry answered & was with me within 30min, looked at the work required quoted me a price there & then, & they started work two days later. I have to say I was very impressed, he & his team were pleasant & efficient & carried out the work to a high standard, for the price quoted. I would therefore be happy to recommend this company.

Big demolition and removal job on old fencing and 2 sheds was clean and well managed. New fence and gate look great in what is a tricky corner. Very pleased. The whole team were hard working and very personable. I have no hesitation giving the whole experience 5 stars.
