MSC Security Solutions Ltd

100% recommend MSC Security- Chris, Shaun and Kirsty are really friendly people and they were great right from the beginning, really knowledgable and never tried to upsell rather they saved me from extra and unnecessary costs, the 3 CCTV cameras installed at my home are top notch, prices are great and reasonable compared to others and I looked around the whole of Leeds area, had a few questions after installation and after sales service was 10/10 and have confidence it will remain like this throughout the lifetime of the cameras. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone!

Very professional company from start to finish, came out same day I called, (the lady in the office was great) Sean listened to what we needed as our old system had stopped working. There was no hard sell, he took time to explain the new system in detail. Came a few days later to fit it, no mess, no fuss. Its brilliant, I would 100% recommend MSC.

Just had wired CCTV installed . From start to finish the guys were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the fitting of it with no mess at all, working around the heavy rain fall. They guided my husband and l with the app on our phones, and explained thoroughly how to use it. I had an issue with what the system recorded, it was not recording what l wanted. No problem, it was sorted within hours and now the sytem does exactly what l want it to do. Highly delighted and definitely recommend MSC.

Overall very happy with our CCTV install. Camera quality is great, install was nice and tidy, communication was good throughout. Chris and Shaun did a good job of explaining the new system and even tailored the set up to our exact needs. They were also flexible when I had to change the date at last minute. Pricing is transparent, competitive and clear. No hard sell or upsell. Highly recommend for CCTV.

Friendly, efficient and great value service. Shaun serviced my alarm and replaced all the batteries and linked the system to my phone effortlessly. Highly recommended supplier.
