We highly recommend this outstanding family run company for domestic house security systems providing reliability, competitive pricing & professionalism. They offer commercial services too. Having got our 1st monitored house alarm system fitted in 2000, we have had 26 years of excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. The owner, Keith, always a pleasure to deal with being a hands on friendly technician and Kian, polite, professional & an asset to the business along with the other technicians whose names have slipped my mind! When contacting the office, Lisa and her cousin have always been friendly & professional. I am about to upgrade our system and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else but Lofthouse Security. I recently had an emergency in the early hours of the morning & Lofthouse provided outstanding service and advice to enable me to fix the problem remotely although they were prepared to make a visit - how is that for excellence & fantastic customer service! Do NOT get a service contract from this company. I have been with this company for a long time and the quality of service has dropped off a cliff. In short: - If you have an issue, they disable the faulty component and then never come out to fix it - When you call to chase an engineer to come to site, their ‘computer is down’. Happened twice - I chased for 10 months to get an issue fixed. They sent an engineer, who didn’t have the right part in his van - The engineer said the management wouldn’t pay for spares to be stocked in his van - They then sent the part to me via post, but then never sent an engineer - They called to renew my contract (annual), which I refused to pay as I hadn’t received the service I paid for. They said they would waive the fee, but I had to pay for the faulty component as this was not covered. I already had the part they sent me under the contract, so they lied to try and cover the annual fee - After 14 months, I still had an alarm that didn’t fully work - The last service I had, the engineer said the management were shocking In short, don’t buy a contract from Lofthouse. They lie, fail to deliver the service you pay for and then lie again to cover up issues. I opted to replace part of the alarm rather than pay this set of charlatans. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. To Lofthouse, please don’t bother adding ‘we are sorry…’ comments. I don’t care. Your service is awful. Fix that first before you reply.

We very much recommend this firm,for their excellent service and the way in which were treated as customers,been booked in promptly for the job and kept informed of the arrival time of the fitter,Thankyou so much for the fitting this morning and the work carried out.The engineer was very polite and cheerful and was professional in his advice and efficient work I was very pleased with the thorough work and tidy work completed. I would 100% recommend this company for their high standard of care and in the great way the business is run in keeping customers satsfied as paramount.

Lofthouse security was recommended to me by a neighbour. Tom attended my property today to service my security and fire alarms . I was extremely happy with the service and Tom’s patience helping me to understand the problem . Lofthouse also guarantee an alarm they’ve services for 12 months 👍 Very pleased , I have already agreed for them to replace my security lighting . very happy . Thank you

Had our security system fitted by them 10 years ago and they did an excellent job! We took out a service package and have it serviced yearly, if there is any thing wrong or we have a fault it is fixed immediately. I have recommended them to family and friends who also have had great service.
