I recently had my annual service with Lisa and I’m never disappointed. I had a commitment on the arranged day so she very kindly came to me at 7am. She is very knowledgeable and efficient and you feel like she has become your friend not only a client I spoke to Lisa about updating my system as it’s quite old and she reassured me she would fit it and talk it all through with me. I would highly recommend SSS

Put in a call about our faulty alarm system. An engineer was booked for the same day. Ryan the engineer who turned up, was very professional and reset our faulty system. Before leaving he made sure all was back up and working properly, even installed a new back up battery. Very professional work and professional engineer in Ryan. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am writing this review based on our experience at Lemonroyd Waterside and Marina, we had Calder Security on site for lock replacement, repairs and barrel changes. The company were great, really good communications, Steve was brilliant, great job and prompt, we are going to use them for another on site project. Great service, use a local company our experience was so positive.

I called as we'd been having some chirps from our alarm system letting us know that we needed a replacement battery. I tried to reach out to a few places but was either ghosted or quoted extraordinary sums. Finally, I found Calder Security who gave me a fair quote for a review and a replacement battery. Gavin was round the next day, promptly on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My alarm has stopped chirruping at me, and he even made some tweaks to make things easier for me! (My alarm system was installed by an electrician rather than a specialist so it just goes to show, you can tell when a specialist is involved!) Will definitely book annual service checks as the price is worth it just for the 24 cover! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I've just moved into a house that had a very old alarm system installed, which we accidentally set off over the weekend. I called Calder Security on Monday asking if they could disconnect it and an engineer was booked in for the following afternoon. I was expecting them to just disconnect the system and leave it at that, but Roy dismantled the whole system and removed all the sensors, including the panic button. He even hoovered up after himself and was really polite. Super happy with the service! Highly recommend.
