Excellent 5 star experience, from there spotless modern premises to there professional personal service. Doing exactly what was agreed on time and in budget. Main dealers especially BMW, Mercedes and Porsche whom I have been dealing with for the past 25 years could take a few lessons from Motorguard in regards to customer satisfaction. Had a front and back dash cams fitted recently. My experience was so satisfying that I would recommend Motorguard to anyone. Right from the time of making contact with them for an appointment, the communication was brilliant. On arrival at their premises, the staff were very courteous and professional. Told me exactly how long it will take and promptly informed me when the job was completed. When I collected my vehicle, Tauseef (technician) explained everything to me clearly . He sat with me, for as long as I needed and helped me download the camera app on to my phone and then went through all the settings in details. Overall they did a very professional job and provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

Having used Motorguard for 15+ years, once I got ownership of my new Ford Focus RS Mk3, I had no hesitation on who to call to get my Autowatch Ghost 2 immobiliser fitted. I wasn't sure when I would be getting the car, so once I had it, it was my top priority to get it secured ASAP. Raf pulled some strings and managed to get me fitted in really quickly, which I was very appreciative of, as I didn't want to use the car till it was secure. Installation was around 2.5hrs which is testament to how they care for your car and also ensuring that everything is very well hidden - Not just thrown in behind one panel as I hear some installations are done in 30 minutes?! Once installed, the system was gone through with me in detail, all paperwork, over-ride cards, registered and certificate issued from TASSA - All in all a great experience - And great to catch up with Raf after so many years! CheeRS mate :)

Raf and team were amazing from initial booking to fitting and after sales on my Lamborghini Urus. No issues with the fitment. I did have to change my appointment around a couple times and they accommodated. Would recommend!
