Our old alarm which was nearly 40yrs old and was well past it's sell by date was replaced by RJ Alarms at a very reasonable price. Richard turned up spot in time and was very polite and professional. The replacement system was installed in 2.5 hrs all equipment where we requested. The work carried out was neat and tidy and the old system was bagged and taken away. This is a company that l would recommend highly if you want a 1st class service look no further.

Richard is a top engineer i highly recommend him he replaced my battery for free and even fixed faults on my system that i didn’t even know existed was on time polite and explained everything how and what he was doing every step of the job. Jack installed a new 4 camera cctv system for us. Communication was excellent, Jack was punctual, friendly and helped us to navigate the new app based system. Great quality cctv, Jack cleaned up any installation mess and ensured the cameras were positioned as we wanted. Great service, I can fully recommend him and Richard who previously installed our new burglar alarm system.

Richard was accommodating in considering my urgency. He was punctual, polite and explained everything with clarity and transparency. I would use his services again in the future.

Richard came today, 12/02/2026 to remove my old alarm and install a new wireless one. After having 3 different quotes, this one was the more expensive but I was really impressed. Richard bothered to turn up the same day I phoned and he explained everything perfectly, A very efficient, polite and friendly service with full respect to my property.
