Mont Build Ltd

Avoid! They will take deposits for work and then make every excuse under the sun to not come do the work such as the van broke down, stuck on another job, they are coming today and then don't turn up. They then make excuses as to why they cannot issue a refund of the money.

ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. A couple of years ago I had a great experience with this company when they fitted new doors and windows for me. Recently I had issues with some external pipework and contacted them again as I saw guttering was part of the service. Dean came with a plumber on the 23rd December to do the work which included fixing issues with the loo. Two days later after letting any silacone set I was still having issues. Due to the time of year I didn't contact the company but I did in the new year. Multiple times I was told they would come to sort it and multiple times I was let down, apparently due to the plumber. In the past couple of weeks I have been told Dean would come to take a look and twice, he hasn't showed. I have asked for a partial refund of what I paid as the issue wasn't fully fixed and said I'd use that money to get someone else to come sort it, this has been declined and I'm told Dean would come. And he hasn't. Very poor post work customer service and I'm still yet to have any money back or anyone to come back to help. Extremely disappointing.

We had a composite door and frame fitted today. What a brilliant job the guys did. The old door and frame were out and new door squared up and fully fitted in 2 hours. They were very thorough and made sure everything looked perfect both inside and out. They even cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish with them, which you don't see much of from other companies. Will definitely be booking Mont Build for our other renovation work on the house later this year and in the future!

Have had two jobs done by Mont Build now & have been very pleased with both. We had our tired conservatory roof replaced with a supalite one last year &then asked them to replace our very old garage roof this year with a rubber roof. Both jobs look great & we were pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommend Mont Build, fantastic company for great workmanship at the right price. Had a new conservatory roof fitted last year & had new front door fitted by them last month. Great set of lads who graft whilst taking care of your property. Always kept informed with communications about arrival times etc. Brilliant company & will no doubt be using them again in the future. Thanks to all at Mont Build.
