Developing and Building Ltd

Danny and his team were exceptional. They completed a new rear extension, significant internal structural renovations, complete replumbing and rewiring and full internal and external facelift for us last year. Despite us adding quite a lot to the scope throughout, all the work was completed from August 4th to Dec 19th, exactly as had been estimated earlier in the year. We are very happy with the quality of the work and, after D&B identified a number of structural issues in the house as they were working, we feel we now have a home that is 100% sound and shouldn’t throw up any surprises down the road. Danny is extremely professional and is excellent at maintaining communication throughout the process, ensuring that we knew what work had been happening over the previous week, what was upcoming. He took a lot of time to discuss things where he needed our input along the way and also gave us a lot of good, practical advice throughout. There were no surprises on costs, and true to their word they have been extremely responsive to any snagging issues in the months since completion. 100% would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Always responded quickly to any issues. Delivered project (with additional work) on time and to the highest standard. After care also excellent and as responsive as when carrying out the work. We have a beautiful, high quality home. Thanks to Danny and his team. Highly recommend.

Danny and team installed my kitchen at the beginning of August 2023. They were really brilliant and they communicated with me throughout the whole period. Where there were issues to sort out with the kitchen company Danny would sort it all out and I did not to worry about anything during the time they installed my kitchen. Danny and team went above and beyond in the way they supported me and my family and I will hire them again and will recommend them to anyone who would like a neat and immaculate finish on their project. Thank you once more, Tan!

Developing and Building Ltd completed a complete ground floor renovation including steel work, flooring, electrics, kitchen installation, joinery, plastering and decorating. Danny of the team were extremely professional, very conscientious, their work was great quality - they did an amazing job. Very tidy throughout the project as well. Communication was brilliant too - they gave me regular updates and involved me in all the key decisions throughout and advised on how to tackle any problems. Can honestly say I wouldn’t use anyone else for a project like this again!

We contacted our builder Daniel for the complete renovation of the house including new kitchen, bathroom and patio as well, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! From the initial consultation to the final completion, whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From the beginning Daniel, kept us informed with regular updates, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We felt like we were part of the process. Daniel has great ideas about utilizing the existing space to our maximum benefit which helped us open up the kitchen/diner. The attention to detail was exceptional. Every aspect of the renovation was done to perfection, from the kitchen/panty/utility design. You can tell that the team takes pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. The craftsmanship was of high quality. The project was completed on schedule, which was impressive, considering the scale of the renovation. Any minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances were communicated clearly, and we appreciated how transparent they were about the timeline. There were a few unexpected challenges along the way, especially with some structural changes we requested mid-way through the project. However, Daniel and team handled it with ease, offering practical solutions and adjustments without compromising the final result. The team was courteous, respectful, and always left the work area clean at the end of each day. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority for them. The finished house has transformed into our home. They look stunning, and the layout is now much more functional for our family. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family! I highly recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled builder. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality made this renovation a fantastic experience. Thank you for all your hard work ! We wish him good luck with all his future endeavors. Mrs and Mr P Kumar and family
