Minster Alarms

Outstanding service from Minster Alarms. They are always there at the end of the phone whenever we need help, which is worth its weight in gold when you’re responsible for a busy building and things decide to malfunction at the worst possible moment, as machines so often do. They recently came out to quote for a new fire system panel, and instead of pushing for an unnecessary sale, they fixed our existing panel there and then at no charge. That kind of honesty, professionalism and customer care is rare. Reliable, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely decent people to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Minster Alarms to anyone needing alarm or fire system support.

From start to finish, everybody at Minster Alarms were so friendly, professional with amazing customer service. I needed an alarm system and from my initial enquiry, with the surveyor visit and the guys who completed the installation, I couldn't have wished for a better experience. The installers were so friendly, precise and ensured I knew exactly what was going on and kept me informed every step of the way. They treated my home with respect. They are a credit to the company and I would also like to extend my thanks to Ellie for responding to my numerous emails.

I have been using Minster Alarms for the last 12 months after switching from a well known national company. I've had nothing but good service from Minster Alarms and would highly recommend.

Just decorated our tree for Christmas and finally relaxing when smoke detector started beeping. Quite confident on DIY but when it comes to electrics good to have experts on hand. Called and spoke to Ellie and sent photos over didn't think I would get the matter resolved so late on a Friday afternoon. Ian arrived within the hour all sorted. Customer service at its best and I will be back for them to take over alarm system in the New Year. Thank you both you didn't make a drama out if a crisis!! All the best for Christmas

Minster have just taken over my alarm system at my new house as I wasn’t happy with the previous operator. They did a survey and a full review and have now taken my house system on. We did the same at our last house. They have been excellent and I highly recommend.
