Mick Nolan Property Services

Mick replaced a ridge tile and some dry verge sections to the gable end of our roof. These had blown off in high winds. Mick was friendly and he knew what he was doing. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself. Mick did a great job. I would recommend him.

Had a replacement mailbox installed, came in high viz , paid cash in hand. Offered him a smoke and he finished in one toke, didn't even exhale. Would use again!

Mick took on the full renovation of my father in law’s house that we now rent as a holiday home. Despite lockdown issues delaying the start (we live in Sheffield) Mick arranged to clear the property with us advising remotely and then did the work between February and May 2020. He was thorough, communicative and completely honest at all times. We trusted him immediately- incredibly rare I understand from other people’s experiences and he never disappointed. His quote was both reasonable and accurate and we loved working with him. So much so that he continues to work with us on the ongoing maintenance of the property. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Mick has done various pieces of work on our home. He is pleasant, honest and up front. He explains what he is doing and if something needs adjusting he explains fully but does not pressure you. Highly recommend.
