Megaclose Maintenance

Poor customer service - great if you want to wait 3 weeks for lights to be fixed. If you want to wait for money back with no reply for weeks then this is the place for you! Actual maintenance people are lovely just the management is shocking! Absolutely appalled!

Kenny came out to fix my heating, which had stopped working, and also sorted my door that wasn’t closing properly. He checked everything over, fixed the door on the spot, and ordered a new heater for me. He was super friendly, chatty, and explained everything clearly. Really amazing service!!

EXCELLENT WORK done by Trevor! Wonderfully restored both my kitchen sink blockage AND fixed my bathroom sliding door in under 10 minutes! I couldn’t ask for better service, both in a timely manner and with such calm, friendly service-even with a busy schedule 10/10 service Many thanks!

We had a problem with washing machine not working. Harry came out ASAP and quickly sorted the problem, and was friendly while doing so. Lovely guy and now washing machine works perfect. Very happy with all the maintenance

Harry has come numerous times to fix issues we've had at our flat and has been great. Lovely attitude and very efficient! Thank you to Harry and Sean for fixing my internet :)
