Jp property services

Used John and his sons on two occasions now. Serious grafters! Arrive on time, when they say they will and get the job done. No messing about. They took some walls out and put in steels on the first occasion and repaired some flat roofing to address a leak on the second occasion. Would definitely recommend.

We needed work carrying out in our kitchen/hallway to remove the existing single door frame and part of a stud wall and replace it with a new frame to fit some bi-folding oak doors. John gave a competitive quote for the building works and the job was carried out in a timely fashion and to an extremely high standard. We were very happy with the entire service and would definitely recommend JP property services.

I had a water pipe leak under the bathroom floor which leaked through to the kitchen ceiling. Bath had to come out plus toilet to get to the pipework under the floor. Bath and toilet refitted including a new row of wall tiles and finally a new Vinyl floor was fitted. John carried out a first class job for me and i would highly recommend him.

Such a pleasure to findd a competitive, professionally run company. John’s communications all through, were excellent - rare these days !!! His advice was appreciated, and I am very pleased with the work carried out, and look forward to seeing him again in the Spring. Would highly recommend

I wouldn't go to anyone else, John and his sons have repaired a ridge tile on the roof, some floor tiling in the porch, repaired two skirting boards, replaced a faulty kitchen tap, put a cap on a flue, and mended two internal doors which wouldn't close, they also rehinged a broken meter box, they will tackle anything, no job is too small, and they don't just make a quick repair they always do a beautiful job at a good price, it's peace of mind to know they will get those annoying fiddly jobs done quickly and well.
