Homestead Property Services

We had a need for a temporary repair… that needs to last 18 months+ to a completely rotten window frame in our lean to. Louis was very responsive to questions and communicated throughout. He took the time to listen to what we needed and work with us coming up with a plan. Very competitive pricing. Work quality despite the temporary nature is excellent. Louis and team cleaned up at the end of the day, always nice to see this. Overall a top job 👍 I would definitely recommend. Photos before are of the frame that was gone. Previous owner had boarded up to hide the rot!

Louis and Rob did a great job of fixing our leaky roof and decorating our extension. Both were extremely knowledgeable and skilled as well as being punctual and fastidiously tidy. Would heartily recommend 👍.

Louis did great job installing a new fence in our garden. We're really happy with the results. Couldn't recommend him enough. Excellent job,

Louis found a clever solution to a really tricky problem (a leaking stop-tap in an extremely inaccessible place). He did a great job and was reliable, professional and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use Homestead again and will be recommending them to all my nearby friends and family

Strongly recommend Louis. He is honest, never tries to upsell and his prices are very reasonable. He is reliable, punctual, pays great attention to detail and is very polite. Have booked him in to do all my annual services and he is my go to person to help with any heating problems. In the past year he has twice made good work that had previously been done by some very dodgy plumbers. He's one if the good ones and they are few and far between.
