Matrix Property Repairs

Tony is fab. We booked him for a quite involved job fixing a leak under the shower which had gone so far the entire frame needed replacing and he literally just came in two days after we booked him, sorted all materials himself, and did a flawless job, no problems. Sent pictures at the end of every day, cleaned up after himself - just a super trustworthy, efficient and pleasant guy to work with. Will def be booking him for future jobs!

Massive thank you to Matrix property Repairs! After being absolutely robbed by a previous contractor I had Matrix recommended to me which was an absolute blessing. I had a vision of how I wanted my new bathroom and they put it into action. Thank you so much Matrix I look forward to using your services again!!

It can be difficult to find a good builder. I had a house in London that had fallen into a state of disrepair over the years (it had been let out). Frankly it was a bit of a mess. I live in Coventry and was unable to supervise things. I took a risk and simply asked Matrix Property Repairs to go to the house and give me estimates for all the work that they thought needed to be done. It turned out that there were about 20 jobs to do (e.g. replacing decking, painting and decorating, replacing a misty window unit, updating lights to LEDs, re-tiling the kitchen, replacing the front door, adding a security door, etc. etc.). After each job, they send me a photo of the work done and an invoice. I then had a final inspection and was very satisfied with the work. So if you want a builder that you can trust to do work relatively unsupervised, then I can recommend Matrix Property Repairs.

very professional guys local to the Cally road area. Tony was very responsive + professional, and Ali and Mohammed did a great job with our new bathroom install. Will be using again.

Due to improper handling by a previous plumber while unclogging our drain, our kitchen pipes started leaking continuously. After contacting Tony, he arrived within an hour, quickly identified the source of the leak, and fixed the problem efficiently. He didn’t even charge us for the service! Truly appreciate his professional and prompt assistance. Such a great and honest person! Highly recommend!
