Serious complaint ignored despite repeated attempts to resolve I am very disappointed by LSL’s handling of a serious complaint involving inaccurate personal information, an incorrectly opened energy account, and subsequent debt collection contact. LSL became involved in the complaint and DSAR process, yet despite repeated emails, calls and follow-ups, I have still not received a complete Subject Access Request response or a clear explanation of what data was supplied, by whom, when, to whom, and on what basis. This matter could have been resolved professionally with proper communication. Instead, in my experience, there has been delay, limited engagement and no meaningful accountability. The complaint has now been referred to the ICO and The Property Ombudsman. I would be happy to amend this review if LSL shows that it is willing to put things right when something has gone wrong. At present, after almost three months of inactivity and unanswered messages, I have little confidence that this will happen without continued escalation.

Leaving a review for Homefast who are owned by LSL Property Services - don't use them. Save your money and your sanity and just deal directly with your own solicitor. Reed Rains and Your Move who are also owned by LSL refer clients to HomeFast. Don't accept the referral. They make money out of taking over some of your solicitors searches so you pay more and you still need the solicitor, but you don't need them.
