The experience of using Lothian Domestic Appliances from start to finish was very positive. I liked the online booking system, the confirmation of the job, the updates/reminders and the live tracking feature. Scott arrived as expected and carried out a careful assessment of the job, carried out the repair (which didn’t need any replacement parts thank goodness!) and tested the machine was working properly before he left. He was very pleasant to deal with.

Ross was amazing. Friendly, professional and went the extra mile. We are tenants and needed landlord permission to move the washing machine. He was very thoughtful and waited till we got into contact with our landlord. Then he did a great job, he was able to quickly identify the issue, clearly knowledgeable and fixed our washing machine perfectly. He also left the place clean and exactly as he found it. I would definitely recommend Ross and the team to anyone!

Booking the appointment online was simple and helpful, especially the triage process capturing key details about the problem. Appointment was readily available, communication confirming the appointment was clear. On the day, message was clear about expected arrival time. The engineer was polite and explained what he thought the solution was likely to be, talked through what he would need to do and fixed the issue quickly.
