London & Essex Maintenance Ltd

I am delighted with the service provided by London and Essex Maintenance. I previously had a very unpleasant experience with another maintenence company who had done a terrible job on my bathroom and WC. Not only did they do a terrible job, but they were extremely unpleasant and rude. London and Essex came to my rescue to fix all the mistakes made by the previous "cowboys" my landlord had employed. London and Essex contractors are professional and friendly. Their standard of work is very high, and they get the job done quickly, and without dropping standards. They cleaned up around the house after the job was completed, and were polite and respectful throughout the entire process. My bathroom and WC look lovely now. In my opinion, they are the best maintenence company out there!

Not happy as I dont normally get involved with other people getting work done but this company parked on the communal grass right outside my front room window and quite close to the window. They had their materials up against my gas meter box right below my bedroom window which make me feel anxious as I felt exposed to the work guy in my own flat. They wasn't doing any work at my flat and theres parking at the back of the flats for them to park and they shouldn't be parking on the communal grass. I have spoken to my landlord.
