We had a fantastic experience working with Hugo, Jake and Sam at Project Nine on our house renovation and would highly recommend them. From start to finish, they managed the process professionally and with great care. They took the time to understand our requirements, and when we made changes along the way, they were very accommodating updating quotes clearly and making sure everything was properly understood before moving forward. The project was well managed throughout and they stuck to the agreed timelines / costs. Any delays or increases were mainly caused by decisions or changes on our side. They have a high attention to detail, and on the occasions where something wasn’t quite right or we weren’t completely happy, they were always willing to listen and put it right. As with any project spanning around eight months, there were naturally a few challenges along the way but Project Nine dealt with them professionally and constructively. They remained responsive and committed to achieving a high quality finish. Overall, we’re very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Project Nine to anyone considering a renovation/extension project.

Project Nine renovated our ground floor in Wivenhoe and did a brilliant job. The engagement before the build was great — clear, responsive and thorough — and every worker they brought in was first-rate. The whole build was fantastic and we're delighted with how it's turned out. We'd absolutely use them again.

As a Charity the prelims were as important for us as the final product. The work put in to the spec and costings meant that a sizable project was completed on time and in budget - a very rare occurrence. The whole team at Project Nine seemed fully invested in providing us with an above expectation level of service. I would fully recommend the Project Nine for a full service project.

Project Nine were recommended to us very highly and after going through the pre-construction phase (something we would recommend), we had no hesitation in contracting them for our major renovation and extension project on a Grade 2-listed building that had suffered many years of neglect. Our Project Manager was Jake and we cannot praise him highly enough for the way he led and managed the project, bringing together a talented team of tradespeople over the seven month project. We gave them an ambitious time frame which was delivered bang on schedule, something our insurers said they’d never seen before! Jake’s attention to detail and phenomenal memory led to a seamless and stress-free experience and he kept us fully informed about the costs, which were refreshingly transparent, throughout the process. We have honestly never worked with anyone (and we’ve done many projects over the past 40 years) who was more organised, more committed and so lovely to work with. We could not recommend Project Nine highly enough and would not consider using anyone else for any future projects.

Project Nine group recently completed a full renovation of my kitchen and dinning room. The communication and updates by the team from the start of the project until completion was exceptional, and the tradesmen were all very considerate throughout. Very pleased with the results indeed.
