I visited Clinical Ear Care by Carole today and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very start, Carole was incredibly accommodating with the booking process and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Having had this treatment done elsewhere before, I was honestly expecting it to be quite rough again and assumed that was just the norm, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Carole was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The entire appointment was absolutely perfect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carole to anyone dealing with blocked ears or hearing issues. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I need her services again.

Extraordinary service! Carole was professional, polite, respectful and instantly knew my condition (blind) and treated me accordingly. An absolutely amazing job that proved phenomenal once complete. My son was in agony for a week with ear pain which the NHS refused to do anything about despite many visits saying it is something they dont deal with, I found this wonderful lady who treated my son very quickly, very kind and gentle and saw him again for more treatment very soon after first appointment. She offered good advice. He is back to himself now. Carole is absolutely fantastic with children and I am still very thankful.

Carole is very friendly and extremely professional. I feel like someone has given me new ears after a week of being quite deaf due to ear wax.
