LockSafe Security Services Limited MLA Approved

Excellent customer service ! The staff explained everything clearly and followed up on my electronic key card to check whether it was working properly. The price of key cutting was cheaper than the others. They are helpful and professional. Highly recommend !

Jay arrived on time this morning and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly had the customer’s best interests at heart. Rather than suggesting unnecessary expensive work, he repaired the problem properly at minimal cost. Really impressed with the honest service and would definitely recommend.

Needed a locksmith at short notice as 2 of our double glazed doors were sticking badly. Jay arrived promptly and provided an excellent service. Not only did he fix the problem but explained how to look after the doors to stop them sticking in future. I found the cost very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend.

Engineer Junaid changed the locks on my property very professionally. He was efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job. I’d definitely recommend him and this company.

Love their efficient and responsive WhatsApp communication channel - made it hassle free to book etc. The door they fixed started showing similar issues after a few days. Junaid promptly returned and fixed for no extra charge. My son's bike lock had broke and he even fixed that whilst he was here. This is the type of 'old school' quality delivered with modern efficiency and class.
