Livingstone Property Management & Lettings Agents Leicester

I rented two flats with Livingstone over the course of two years, and they have been excellent letting agents, even when there were issues with one flat (which were out of their control), they resolved this immediately. They are a brilliant team and super responsive to any maintenance issues or other questions!

Dave from Livingstone has been great from start to finish. We had our whole house painted and we are really pleased with the outcome. Dave is professional, friendly and flexible - he was kind enough to juggle his work around us. Thank you to him and his team and we would definitely recommend them.

We've had a very positive experience renting with Livingstone for >3 years. Any issues or challenges we have had with our property (which has been very few) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication has always been friendly and clear, and our moving out process has gone smoothly. We would recommend Livingstone to other renters.

Have been with Livingstone for a year now, and choosing to stay with them for another year as always provide a fair and consistent service for tenants. Neil and Rebecca are always responsive to emails and phone calls, sort any problems out asap and are really great in helping find houses that suited our group well, despite our more awkward needs!

I moved into a Livingstone owned property for my second and third year of university and it’s been such a breeze! I’ve heard horror stories of other students with difficult landlords and Livingstone are nothing alike. Any issue big or small we have had in our flat, they are so quick to respond and deal with very thoroughly. We have loved our little home and are going to be sad to leave it, but cannot recommend them enough!!
