Leicester CCTV Centre

They do good products but after sale service is poor.Spent nearly a thousand pound on a CCTV system, it's been working okay for nearly two years even though sometimes not all camera are working at the same time. Sid was professional when he came to install the system but he never answered messages. It's good having a good system but if something goes wrong you will have to consider if Sid is going to come back to help.

I have recently upgraded my existing CCTV system, I went to see Sid at Leicester CCTV, he suggested the cameras and associated hardware around my requirements followed up with a comprehensive itemised quote,it was good to be able to see the actual products working in the shop, so no supprises when its installed. The system was installed and I’m very happy with the results, and came in under budget, great thing is there’s an actual local shop and a knowledgeable person to talk to

I spoke with Leicester CCTV Centre having had quotations from a number of suppliers. Their prices were extremely competitive, they stocked exactly what I needed and were extremely helpful on setup and advice. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be going back there for some more additions to my system.

I bought four Hikvision 4K camera’s and an NVR from Sid at Leicester CCTV a couple of months ago, he was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and never tried to sell you more items than you needed ie CAT6 cable. I’ve not had any problems with the system as yet but I’m quite sure Sid would be there to offer his advice and sort things out if need be.

Installed system few years ago great sevice.Popped into shop today as I had lost cams on pc(Hikvision). Spent time to get me sorted. Thanks Sid.
