Genuine, kind people like Phil are a real credit to the trade. We’ve been using Phil since moving to the area. He’s helped with everything from smaller jobs we couldn’t tackle ourselves to a large solid shed that has genuinely transformed how we live. Phil applies his skills to any job you ask of him — kitchens, bathrooms, fencing, sheds — and the standard is always excellent, no matter the size or type of work. The key things people should know: Phil is always cost‑effective. He works within your budget and suggests sensible, practical options around the cost of materials. My wife and children feel completely safe with him around, even when I’m out at work. The quality of his work is excellent and built to last. What an absolute gem Phil is. He fitted a kitchen for me just after Covid, so when i wanted a new bathroom, i had no hesitation in contacting Phil for a quote. He came to visit me twice to check exactly what i wanted and provided a more than fair quote. The work has been completed to a very high standard and he even resolved some issues with the bathroom suppliers when they sent a damaged item and then a wrong item. Phil goes above and beyond to provide an outstanding service and i have already discussed the next job with him.

Phil came round at short notice to investigate a smell of damp. We couldn't find the source and were experiencing a slug infestation! Another contractor had failed to work out the source of the damp. Phil found the cause within minutes, returned promptly with the kit he needed, and fixed it with minimum disruption and at reasonable cost. The workmanship was excellent and I was very impressed. Phil gave sound practical advice and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use his services again.
