Lancaster City Laundry

It's only getting one star as there wasn't an option for no stars! Sent a kingsize new sleeping bag to be washed as it won't fit it my washer, partner got a phone call on Monday to say it had a burn in it, there was no way we could've done it, we were told it could be stitched! Will not use again!

Incredible service. Traveling through the UK and desperately needed to do laundry during my two day stop in Lancaster. They provided full service, including folding and packaging. Reasonable price and time frame given. Very thankful for this place.

Brought in a jumper and some trousers to be dry cleaned. Jumper came out clean and smelling fresh. Unfortunately, the trousers, which had a large black streak on the bottom of one of the legs, came back still stained. I was advised that any further treatment may damage the fabric. However, when I went home and brought it to my usual dry cleaners, they were able to remove it without any issue, and the trousers were good as new. This puts into question the quality of the services provided here…

As always, simply the BEST! Great service and a business run to perfection by the owner! What a grafter! Winter bedding done perfectly and as always on time. Opens at 8am so get things done early! Don't live in Lancaster yet would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Thank You as always. ,

Washing machine has been out of action for 4/5 weeks, and these people are lifesavers! All the staff have been really friendly and helpful, and the service wash is fantastically priced. If it weren't for these guys, I'd be properly stuck! Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you all.
