I had a great experience with Ay'up Homes while finding a house for rent in Rotherham. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Joice segovia and Anna Cabrera who were always quick to respond to my emails and patiently answered all of my questions. They took the time to provide detailed and clear explanations, which i really appreciate. When I moved in, I received a lovely welcome kit, and the property was very well prepared. The team is professional and responsible . I have already recommended them to one of my friends. Thank you for making my moving experience such a positive one!

I recently stayed in one of their properties in Bentley, and everything was absolutely spot on. The place was clean, comfortable, and well looked after — exactly as described. Communication was great from start to finish, and you could tell they really care about their guests. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend AyUp Homes to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Doncaster.

I don’t rent a property with this company. I live in a neighbouring house but even my contact with ayup homes have been appalling. Next doors roof is in such a bad state that tiles have been falling off their roof into my garden and also into the public street. We contacted multiple times about this as it became a safety issue. One has fallen and broken a waste pipe completely that we’ve had to pay to repair, another almost smashed my kitchen window and one fell shortly after my child and dog went outside. If that had landed on them, I think with the weight that could’ve really of caused serious injury or even death. There’s smashed tiles on the public footpath that could’ve landed on someone simply passing by. Or, landed on someone’s car. Not to mention, because of their roof being in a poor state. Water is leaking in from their roof and coming into our property. A freshly decorated room absolutely covered in mould and damp from that wall. We’ve had multiple people out to check it’s not our property causing this issue and each have said no. We contacted a few times and each time we’ve been told that a roofer will be going out to check the property. They haven’t. This is a safety issue and I’m sick and tired of my property being damaged and us paying out to fix repairs that has been caused by damage from their roof! Can’t even go into the garden without safety fears. They even told my neighbour in an email after also reporting this that it’s down as non urgent. So obviously human safety to them isn’t in the top of the priority list. Money is. Don’t rent a property with them. They don’t maintain or repair what needs repairing. Only in it for the money. Will be taking this further with council and/or legal action because enough is enough. Really unsure how this company sleep at night.

Ay'up homes have left me with no heating the place I am renting is dirty , food in freezer from other tenant left not cleaned , informed about Repairs no one calls or see if your alright,just want your money can't wait to leave, from pumping station cottage Rotherham
